    Job Responsibilities

    Lone Star Turbo is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing and plays a key role in digital marketing, content creation, trade show coordination, and brand support.

    The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.

    Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations

    Execute and manage marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social channelsCoordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure on-time executionTrack and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

    Content Creation & Brand Support

    Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and website updatesWrite and publish blog content aligned with SEO strategySupport development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and graphicsMaintain brand consistency across all platforms

    Digital Marketing (SEO & Paid Ads)

    Assist in managing and optimizing SEO strategy, including keyword research and on-page updatesSupport Google Ads campaigns, including monitoring performance and making optimizationsAnalyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

    Trade Show & Event Coordination

    Own trade show logistics including shipping, booth setup coordination, vendor communication, and timelinesManage marketing materials, promotional items, and booth readinessSupport pre-show and post-show marketing efforts (email campaigns, follow-ups, lead tracking)

    Market Research & Strategic Support

    Support the VP of Marketing in executing strategic initiatives

    General Coordination

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep tasks organized and moving forwardSupport cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and engineeringHandle administrative and coordination tasks required to keep marketing operations running efficiently

    Skills and Qualifications (Required)

    ·         1+ years professional administrator in similar field

    ·         An accredited degree in Marketing or Business Management

    Proven experience with relevant administrative processes and Event planningHighly Organized: Demonstrates strong organizational skills in all tasks.Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all work.Reliable: Consistently follows up on tasks and meets deadlines.Strong Communicator: Works effectively with internal teams and external partners.Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, Excel (ability to generate and interpret reports), AI, SharePoint, CRM, Research Capabilities, and other relevant software.Communicative: Able to make phone calls and communicate effectively with team members and external parties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Job Responsibilities

    Lone Star Turbo is seeking a Rental Expeditor who will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workflow of the Rentals division within the Operations department. This role serves as the central point of coordination between Operations, Production, Warehouse, Sales, Service, and other invested teams to ensure rental equipment is prepared, shipped, returned, and maintained efficiently. The Rental Expeditor will oversee the rental process from order receipt through completion, ensuring equipment is delivered on time while maintaining Lone Star's standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    ·         Coordinate the daily workflow of the Rentals division to ensure rental equipment is delivered accurately and on schedule.

    ·         Manage the shipment, return, storage, inspection, and organization of rental assets and inventory, ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for deployment at all times.

    ·         Coordinate with Operations, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Service, and Sales to prioritize rental orders and eliminate bottlenecks.

    ·         Serve as the internal point of contact for all rental activity, ensuring seamless communication throughout the rental lifecycle.

    ·         Monitor rental inventory levels, equipment availability, and maintenance status.

    ·         Track open rental orders and proactively communicate delays, risks, or scheduling conflicts to the appropriate departments.

    ·         Assist in developing and improving rental processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

    ·         Ensure rental documentation is complete and accurate, including shipping records, inspection reports, and inventory transactions.

    ·         Verify rental equipment meets company quality and safety standards before shipment.

    ·         Maintain compliance with company policies, ISO 9001 quality requirements, and applicable safety standards.

    ·         Prepare reports related to rental activity, equipment utilization, inventory status, and operational performance.

    ·         Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements that reduce delays and improve workflow.

    Skills and Qualifications (Required)

    High school diploma or equivalentExperience in rental operations, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.Strong understanding of rental processes and inventory management.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and teamsAbility to train and mentor team members effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft suite) and tools.

    Job Responsibilities

    Lone Star Turbo is seeking a senior project manager with 5+ years' experience. Project Managers directly support our customers after an order is received all the way through the startup process. They will be the customer advocate while also submitting detailed engineering documents for approval, releasing the project internally, managing third party buyouts, resolving conflicts, documenting testing, and coordinating startup of equipment. Essentially, this individual would be responsible for the complete planning, executing, and completion of projects. This includes our complete product line of blower & compressor packages. Other position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and customers. This includes maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all requirements are met on the project.
