This role provides a balance of desktop, help desk, software, and network support in a fast-paced, professional office environment. Youll be the go-to onsite resource for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technology issues while contributing to long-term systems stability and user satisfaction. What Youll Do Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-user hardware, software, and network issuesboth in person and via ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, network connectivity, VPN, and printers . Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals . Assist with network administration tasks including switch port configuration, wireless connectivity, and VoIP setups. Collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate issues to senior engineers as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, fixes, and asset inventory. Participate in deployment projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and hardware refreshes . Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. What Youll Bring 2+ years of experience in a professional IT support or help desk environment. Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and networking layers. Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365 admin tools, and basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) . CompTIA A+ certification required; Network+ or other relevant certifications a plus.
