Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team. In this role, you will not only take depositions and make appearances at the WCAB but also:Manage cases of varying complexity from start to finishCommunicate effectively with clients to provide updates and strategic guidanceDevelop and implement strategies for the efficient resolution of casesNegotiate and settle both cases-in-chief and lien disputesPrepare pleadings, reports, and other legal documentsOversee all aspects of workers' compensation litigationQualifications:At least one year of experience as a workers' compensation defense attorney (preferred)Proactive and client-focused approach from assignment through resolutionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficientlyExcellent research and analytical abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teamsActive California State Bar license and member in good standingBenefits and Perks401(k) Plan to support your well-being and financial futureExtensive In-House Training and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to foster your professional developmentCompetitive Salary and Performance-Based Bonus to reward your hard work and dedicationSalary Range: $90,000 – $130,000.
