Essential Functions:
Track barracks occupancy using GEOFidelis, official map imagery used by the Marine Corps used for planning. Unaccompanied Housing Manager (UHM)Update Basic Facilities Requirements (BFRs) and support the development of Facilities Planning Documents (FPDs) to eliminate facility deficiencies and surpluses.Support the development of annual construction programs, including MILCON, minor construction, and repair projects and track progress in various systems (MAXIMO, UHM, Microsoft Office Suite).Coordinate with 1st MLG AC/S G-4, Public Works Offices, and subordinate units.Prepare various written materials, including presentations and background information. Additionally, compile a comprehensive transition document designed to ensure continuity of job responsibilities. This document should include all relevant materials, procedures, and information necessary to support a seamless transition and effective execution of duties.Review project plans and designs for compliance with planning criteria and regulatory restrictions.Update and coordinate project schedules using Microsoft Office Suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).Provide input for the Western Regional Installations and Infrastructure Investment Board (RI3B) Charter and the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Charter.Compile 1st MLG's input for annual Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Charter. Annual forum addresses current/future facilities requirements IOT achieve/sustain campaign plan.Review both present and future facility requirements for assigned 1st MLG units.Minimum Qualifications
The personnel shall possess the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years experience in Department of Navy (DoN)-specific facilities management may be acceptable.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with a strong understanding of facilities planning, project management, and maintenance processes.Experience with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale facilities projects, strategic planning, coordination with multiple stakeholders is required.Preferred Qualifications

Essential Functions:
Perform on-site project management and quality assurance support services at the WRAIR/NMRC.Review and scope Facility Engineering Work Requests (FEWRs)Provide record maintenance within the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) database for WRAIR/NMRC projects.Provides direct control over all day-to-day aspects of the contract and exercises broad latitude for independent judgment and discretion without direct or intermediate supervision.Communicates customer needs, suggestions and opinions to appropriate corporate staff. Serves as the primary link between the customer and the company.Provides objective insight and expertise critical to the development of a responsive operating project.Ensures that all emergencies are responded to immediately.Implements the Quality Control (QC) Program and other plans for the project.Conducts inspections to assure that quality and performance are in conformance with the QC Plan.Implements systematic and effective operational techniques and workflow procedures that will enhance efficiency and quality.Produce reports and maintain records of all inspections performed and ensure all records/reports are filed and submitted as required.Interprets contract specifications and translates outcome into workforce efforts.Initiates and completes change order requests to a pre-authorized level.Provides training suggestions and/or revisions to the Operations Manager for review prior to submittal.Establishes and maintains an effective cost control system.Manages project expenditures within authorized budget limits.Responsible for site compliance with training and safety requirements as communicated in the Operations Manual.Establishes personnel performance objectives, monitors results.Other Requirements:
