  Conduct pre-operative evaluation of patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures: review medical history, perform physical assessment, develop anesthetic plan, obtain informed consent.

  Administer anesthesia (general, regional, MAC/monitored anesthesia care) and/or supervise anesthesia care as applicable in the outpatient setting.

  Monitor patients intra-operatively, adjust anesthetic medications and techniques, manage airway, ventilation, hemodynamics, fluid status, and analgesia.

  Start date: June looking for an initial commitment of 6 monthsNeed coverage for 2 weeks per month, 3 weeks would be great
  Currently have one full time physician and one part time physician.Mix of outpatient clinic, OR, and hospital inpatient roundingOutpatient: Clinic is Monday Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m. with time allowance of one half day for administrative time/chartingFull clinic days can max around 20 pts/day depending on mix of new patients, follow ups, and clinic procedures.
