    Overview We are seeking a Senior Technician with strong sustainment and technical data experience to support mission-critical systems within an Air Force sustainment environment. This is an on-site role focused on identifying and resolving parts obsolescence issues to keep systems mission-ready. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in Air Force depot-level operations, technical documentation, and proactive problem solving. Key Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and resolve obsolescence issues across multiple platforms before they affect sustainment operations. Interpret and prepare recommended changes to technical data (e.g., AFTO Forms 22/252 or commercial equivalents). Leverage predictive tools to proactively and reactively address parts obsolescence. Access and analyze engineering drawings using systems such as JEDMICS or similar repositories. Research and provide detailed technical data to support replacement recommendations using solutions such as existing stock, reclamation, alternate sources, aftermarket, F3I substitutions, emulation, and redesigns. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets required technical standards. Required Skills & experience: Five years combined experience supporting a sustainment environment such as military depot or equivalent. Experience shall include: Identifying, analyzing and solving obsolescence issues across multiple platforms before they impact sustainment. Accessing, utilizing, interpreting and preparing recommended changes to technical data (including AFTO Form 22s/252s or commercial equivalent). Utilizing a DMSMS predictive tool to proactively and reactively solve parts obsolescence. Accessing, interpreting and recommending changes to engineering drawings utilizing data repositories such as Joint Engineering Data Management Information Control System (JEDMICS) or commercial Researching and providing detailed technical data to support the recommendation of replacement of components for items where the manufacturer has discontinued production, including existing stock, reclamation, alternate, aftermarket, F3I substitutions, emulation, and minor/major redesigns. Additional Requirements Must pass a Tier 1 National Agency Check (NAC) background investigation to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) for base and system access U.S. Citizenship required. Must comply with installation safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations. The Program Manager will serve as the overall program lead and primary interface with government customers, ensuring technical and administrative program requirements are met with excellence. This is a Key Personnel role that requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and proven experience in information assurance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, providing strategic oversight and program direction. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of IT and cybersecurity professionals, ensuring alignment with contract requirements. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of program objectives, maintaining compliance with Navy and DoD standards. Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance metrics to ensure successful contract execution. Provide program status updates, reports, and briefings to government leadership.
