About Locali
Locali.com (pronounced Locally) is a hyper-local business discovery and promotions platform that connects small and independent businesses with nearby consumers. It blends a modern directory with time-sensitive promotions and event marketing, giving businesses measurable visibility while giving consumers an easy, centralized way to find special events, discover promotions, and hidden gems in their own neighborhoods or new areas they are visiting. We’re launching across Northern Colorado and building a strong local network business by business.
The Role
As a Outside Launch Salesperson, you will help Locali execute our early-stage regional launch strategy. This is a full-time, hands-on role that combines direct business outreach, onboarding support, launch planning, training refinement, playbook development, and field-based market feedback.
You will work closely with company leadership and other team members to help launch in northern Colorado. You will do direct sales work so you can gain real-world experience, test messaging, and help translate those learnings into a repeatable launch model for future regions. In addition to helping businesses sign up and get started, you will help improve our sales playbook, revise our training program, and contribute practical feedback on marketing materials and launch tactics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building trust face-to-face, thinking strategically, and helping shape how a growing company enters new markets and scales up.
What You’ll Do
Direct Outreach & Onboarding
Identify and connect with targeted local businesses in targeted launch regions, including restaurants, cafés, retail, fitness/recreation, entertainment/venues, services, hotels, and moreConnect with businesses through email and other marketing channelsClearly explain Locali’s value, answer questions, and guide owners and managers through sign-upHelp businesses activate and complete easy onboarding stepsProvide initial light training so owners and managers can use the Locali app effectivelyFollow up with businesses after sign-up to support early traction and adoptionEngage in business development events and business community activities
Launch Strategy & Playbook Development
Help refine Locali’s regional launch strategy based on field experienceCapture what messaging, scripts, objections, and outreach patterns are working bestHelp develop and improve the Locali sales playbook for future launch teams and regional repsIdentify repeatable best practices that can be used as Locali expands into additional markets
Training & Marketing Input
Help revise and strengthen Locali’s training class and onboarding standardsShare practical feedback on leave-behinds, pitch language, flyers, and other marketing materialsHelp identify ways to improve launch readiness, local visibility, and business adoptionContribute ideas that improve how Locali introduces itself in new regions
Voice of the Customer → Corporate Development
Collect structured customer feedback, including friction points, feature requests, bugs, adoption blockers, and common objectionsShare clear feedback with Locali’s development team so we can prioritize improvementsHelp leadership understand what businesses in each region value and respond to most
Performance & Growth
Achieve weekly and monthly launch, outreach, and onboarding milestonesUse the CRM to keep organized notes, plan routes, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy pipelineWork professionally and consistently as a visible representative of the Locali brand
Training Requirement
You must complete Locali training before operating independently in the field. Training includes app knowledge, onboarding standards, messaging guidelines, launch expectations, and feedback reporting. This role will also help improve future versions of that training.
Your first 90 calendar days of employment will be considered an introductory and evaluation period.

Compensation package includes:

Compensation reflects both execution in the field and contribution to the broader launch effort.

Final compensation will depend on experience, relevant market knowledge, and demonstrated ability to contribute in both field execution and launch strategy.
