Successful candidates are energetic, able to build relationships with stakeholders and are passionate about ESE education. Additional skills required include private school management, business and marketing experience.
Director/Principals work with a team of dedicated professionals and receive ongoing support and training from the corporate team.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership of staff and students in fostering an atmosphere of academic success.
Manage day-to-day business and educational aspects of the school.
Oversee all aspects of fiscal and budget expenditures.
Short and long-term goal setting for growth of school.
Responsible for direct marketing and community relations.
Job Qualifications:
Private school experience.
Knowledge of exceptional student education.
Management and marketing experience.
Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
5+ years ESE teaching experience.
Private School Management, Business and Marketing experience a plus.
