The Role Emo Nite is seeking a strategic Director of Business Development to identify and execute growth opportunities across the Emo Nite brand in new verticals. This role will assess new potential markets, uncover scalable revenue opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to expand the brand's current footprint. The ideal candidate has deep experience in live events, nightlife, festivals, music marketing, or experiential branding, with a strong network across brands, agencies, venues, and entertainment professionals. This position is not remote and is hybrid in office 3 days per week and on site at various event locations.
