Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specificationsMeasure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materialsInstall structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, framing, and trimPerform rough and finish carpentry on residential and/or commercial projectsInspect and repair damaged frameworks, structures, or fixturesCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople on job sitesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standardsbe abel to work alone or with team membersRequirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar construction trade role home remodeing knowledge is plussssProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codesValid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the New Bedford, MA areaAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasksStrong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanshipAbout Us:
