The Education team works on various projects from K-12 to higher education. 

    An ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of building systems, codes, and standards as they relate to their assigned projects and assists in collaborating with internal staff and studio and firm management as well as external contacts. This individual has experience with projects ranging in size and complexity in the Education market. We are looking for a stellar individual who wants to change the world, one project at a time.     As the Senior Architect, you will…

    Provide technical leadership across all project phases, including design development, documentation, code and agency coordination, consultant collaboration, and construction administration.Lead complex projects by guiding teams, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery.Resolve sophisticated design, technical, and regulatory challenges in collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and firm leadership.Ensure design excellence, quality control, and risk management through thorough document reviews and adherence to firm standards.Mentor and develop staff through effective delegation, coaching, and support of professional growth.Partner with market and studio leadership on staffing, proposals, and strategic initiatives while contributing to firm-wide collaboration.


    The Must-Haves

    Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years architectural project experienceLicensed Architect in the U.S. (California preferred)Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, BluebeamPrior experience with Education projects (DSA experience a huge plus)

    LEED accreditationPrior experience with Sketch-Up, Rhino, or other 3D programs

    We are looking for a Project Interior Designer to lead the development of interior environments that prioritize spatial harmony, materiality, and user experience. If you are passionate about moving beyond standard clinical layouts to create intentional, well-anchored spaces, we want to talk.

    As a Project Interior Designer, you will…Provide technical leadership and oversight for large, complex, or multiple interior design projects.Lead BIM/Revit design development and construction documentation, ensuring alignment between design intent and technical execution.Collaborate closely with project leaders and design teams to translate concepts into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions.Oversee consultant coordination, document production, and QA/QC processes.Manage client goals, budgets, schedules, and technical scope in partnership with the Principal in Charge.Ensure compliance with building codes, agency requirements, and firm technical standards.Mentor and delegate to Interior Designers, coaching staff in documentation, organization, and professional growth.Utilize advanced tools and technology to elevate design quality and project delivery.Contribute to proposal content and support marketing efforts with work that reflects design excellence.
    The Must-HavesBachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent) with 6+ years of interior or architectural project experience, or an Associate’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.Strong experience managing the technical aspects of multiple projects.Proficiency in BIM/Revit and Microsoft Office.Experience with Bluebeam.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
    The Like-to-HavesLEED accreditation.Experience with Healthcare, Education, or Civic projects.Experience with Newforma, eBuilder, or similar project management tools.Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
