    Lint-X is the leading, professional airflow and dryer vent service companies in the region.  Serving high-end residential homes, luxury condos, multi-unit communities, and commercial properties throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Fairfield Counties.


    We are building a professional field operations team focused on technical expertise, safety, diagnostics, and elite customer service.


    This is not a dead-end labor position.


    Our technicians are highly trained specialists who diagnose airflow and safety issues, operate specialized equipment, perform technical system modifications, and represent a company known for professionalism and quality.

    Compensation & Benefits
    Starting Compensation: $28 Per Hour During Apprenticeship Training 


    As you complete training, develop technical field experience, and demonstrate leadership and performance in the field, compensation can grow to $35+ per hour based on skill level, experience, and responsibility.

    What You’ll Do
    As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will:

    Diagnose airflow and dryer vent system issuesPerform specialized dryer vent and airflow system cleaningIdentify fire hazards, restrictions, and improper vent configurationsPerform vent rerouting, repairs, and system modificationsOperate professional rotary cleaning systems and technical equipmentWork in residential homes, condos, apartment communities, and commercial propertiesCommunicate professionally with customers and property managersDocument work using company software and photosLead and manage job execution in the field


    This role combines technical field service, diagnostics, customer interaction, mechanical work, and problem-solving.

    You will work directly alongside experienced lead technicians while developing advanced field skills and technical expertise.
