Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding brand presence for Linnstone within the assigned Indiana/Michigan territory. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships across the kitchen & bath community, including fabricators, dealers, and commercial partners.
This is a field-based role requiring strong territory management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships while delivering consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Management
Own and manage overall sales performance within the assigned territoryPresent and sell Linnstone products and services to current and prospective customersDevelop and execute territory business plans aligned with company growth objectivesIdentify, pursue, and close new customer opportunitiesPrepare action plans, target lists, and call schedules to maximize territory coverageFollow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activityBe accountable to territory goals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targetsCustomer Development & Support

Experience
3+ years of proven sales experience in hard surfaces, quartz, or a closely related industryDemonstrated success in territory management and account developmentExperience working with fabricators, kitchen dealers, remodelers, or installers preferredProven ability to execute strategic sales plans and consistently achieve goalsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferredAdditional Requirements

Responsibilities:
1. Safe operation of a truck in the movement and storage of product.
2. Retain knowledge of and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
3. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
4. Maneuver a truck into loading and unloading inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
5. Maintain delivery, truck and driving records.
6. Report any maintenance malfunctions immediately after discovery of situation.
7. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
8. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
9. Assist to record goods inventory for the department.
10. Assist to perform regular cycle count.
11. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the truck.
12. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
13. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
14. Ability to work overtime as needed
15. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
2. Must have a valid CDL class B license, or class A license (a plus).
3. Must be at least 21 years of age.
4. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
5. Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs.
6. Extensively knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
7. No recent moving or driving violations.
8. Adaptability and foresight to hand unexpected situations, including traffic, weather condition etc.).
9. A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
10. Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy.
11. Responsible, initiative, detail-oriented and a team play with good communication ability.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in day to day operations of the Showroom.
2. Provide exceptional customer experience to all scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
3. Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
4. Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints.
5. Maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

12. Maintain clear record of warehouse register, warehouse inspection reports, spot checks reports, discrepancy reports, disposal documentation, delivery reports, waybills, store releases, stock cards, etc.
13. Assist the Showroom Manager in placing sample orders for sales team.
14. Support Showroom Manager in planning, organizing and executing all Showroom events.
15. Merchandise displays and ensure brand standards are maintained within the Showroom.
16. Be responsible for account checking and follow up bill payments.
17. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
1. University degree holder in any discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the stone\cabinet industry.
3. Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical skills. Mature, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop teams.
