This role focuses on designing, deploying, and programming advanced control solutions for Audio, Video, and Lighting installations, ensuring seamless integration across immersive and innovative environments. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects ranging from themed attractions to large-scale media experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide control solutions for Audio/Visual/Lighting installations across diverse industries.Participate in the design, development, implementation, commissioning, and support of control and network systems.Develop custom drivers, control methodologies, monitoring dashboards, and GUIs.Lead project efforts including testing, validation, programming/scripting, and technical documentation.Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and compliance with project specifications.Train clients and end users, and provide after-sales technical support.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively.Troubleshoot, adapt, and maintain a solutions-oriented approach in dynamic project environments.Required Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Control Systems Programming (Node-RED, Q-SYS, Medialon, Alcorn McBride, etc.)Proficient scripting abilities (Lua, JavaScript, Node.JS, SQL, etc.)Networking configuration and management, including VLANs, QoS, IGMP, PTP (certifications a plus).Hands-on experience with A/V systems and presentation technologies (Pixera, RealMotion, 7th Sense, Disguise, Touch Designer, etc.).Knowledge of user interface development (HTML/CSS).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or Entertainment Technology preferred; equivalent experience considered.2–5 years of relevant industry experience.AttributesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Creative mindset with a drive for innovation.Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent travel.Benefits15 days PTO (20 days after 1 year) + 11 federal holidays.Health, dental, vision, and life insurance fully covered.Short-term disability coverage.Retirement plan with company match (after 1 year).Phone service provided.Hybrid office/remote work environment.Paid travel with per diem.
