We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated plastics manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the plant, including injection molding machines, blow molding equipment, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLC-controlled machinery.
This is a true industrial maintenance position. Candidates must be comfortable discussing electrical troubleshooting, PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repairs in detail during the interview process. Applicants who cannot explain their troubleshooting process or technical experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipmentDiagnose machine failures and restore equipment to production quickly and safelyRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and service manualsRepair and replace motors, bearings, valves, switches, sensors, wiring, conveyors, and electrical componentsSupport machine rebuilds and major maintenance projectsUtilize multimeters, testing equipment, and maintenance tools to diagnose equipment issuesAssist with continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve machine reliabilityFollow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environmentParticipate in on-call and overtime coverage when requiredRequired Qualifications

Manufacturing Project Coordinator/Inside Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Coordinator to support customer accounts, quoting activities, order entry, purchasing coordination, project follow-up, and production communication within an electronic manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional sales role and does not require cold calling or business development. The position focuses on supporting existing customers, reviewing prints and BOMs, preparing quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure projects move smoothly from quote through production.
This position is best suited for professionals with approximately 3–5 years of manufacturing experience who are looking to continue developing their skills in project coordination, quoting, customer support, and manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and ERP system skills, some quoting experience, and the ability to work closely with purchasing, production, quality, engineering, customer service, and outside sales teams. Experience with printed circuit boards, cables, harnesses, box builds, or panel enclosures is preferred but not required.
