Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and construction organizations to enhance market presence and identify new leads. Drive alignment between regional sales organizations and national business objectives, supporting major project pursuits from identification through execution and startup. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer investments to provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Facilitate contract negotiations, strategic agreements, and project pursuit strategies to maximize business outcomes. Support internal teams with customized supply solutions and coordinate executive-level customer engagements and presentations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced business degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, construction, industrial gas, engineering, or project management. Proven success in developing relationships with EPC firms, engineering companies, industrial owners, or large contractors and leading multi-regional business development initiatives. Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycles, industrial construction methodologies, and capital project development processes. Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Financial acumen with experience in developing business cases and growth strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and business reporting tools. Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 75%, adapting to customer and project needs.
