Configure, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to specifications.Select, install, and align the correct punches and dies for each specific job.Read and interpret technical blueprints, flat patterns, schematics, and engineering drawings.Perform first piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and protractors.Identify machine errors, calculate bend allowances, and make necessary digital or mechanical adjustments to correct dimensional deviations.Perform daily routine maintenance on the press brake and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Maintain a clean, organized work area strictly adhering to 5S principles, OSHA regulations, and internal safety protocols.Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

Education and/or Experience:
Expected: High School Diploma or GED.Preferred: Technical certificate or other relevant post-secondary education.
Experience/Skills:
Preferred: Experience setting up a CNC press brake in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools and gauges. Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills:
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language. Ability to read and analyze technical procedures.
Other Skills:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduleform.

Coordinates daily customer contact and management of demand changes with production planning and operations.

Order fulfillment/Order managementManage sales order fulfillment process and follow up on all exceptions for items not available.Resolve sales order discrepancies, reconcile open orders, and resolve inbound EDI errors.Provide updates on past due orders and timing to get current on orders.Coordinate with planning team, operations, and shipping on any issues with parts for assigned customer.Obtain customer demand forecast and share with planning & sales teams.Receive products from Tier 2 customers and does production planning when applicable.Work with sub-contractors and internal operations to prioritize work accordingly to meet customer due dates.Inventory management of customer-owned product including resolving count discrepancies and scrap adjustments.Manage the stock and flow of customer-owned dunnage and initiate expendable packaging option as needed.Facilitate launch of new projects with Integration and with customer contact.Initiates actions to resolve quality issues with customers, production, and quality engineering.
Customer relationsPrimary point of contact for communicates with customer scheduler.Develops relationships with customer contacts.Monitors customer metrics and resolves issues.Conducts onsite visits to customers and/or suppliers to build relationships and resolve issues as needed.Resolves customer credits and communicates RMAs with customers.
LogisticsCoordination of all outbound shipments with shipping team to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare international shipping paperwork for overseas shipments.Send advanced ship notices (ASN's) with tracking numbers to customers for each shipment.
OtherDevelop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers, by communicating openly, honestly, and constructively, treating all employees with dignity, respect, and courtesy.Could potentially be in contact with hazardous chemicals.Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.Environmental responsibility is our commitment to our communities.Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.
