    Job DescriptionJob Description     SUMMARY:Drives quality improvements back to our suppliers. A Supplier Quality Technician (SQT) identifies and drives quality and cost improvements with Lincoln Industries’ strategic suppliers. A SQT works in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment while interacting with a cross-functional team. The SQT is expected to develop good working relationship with LI’s people and suppliers. WAGE TYPE: Hourly. FLSA Exemption: Administrative Exemption. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •          Perform cosmetic and dimensional inspection on parts.•          Accurately transact products in the ERP system (Navision). •          Quarantine and sort through non-conforming material as needed. •          Generate supplier RMA requests for non-conforming material. •          Provide feedback to the team. •          Effectively communicate using e-mail and telephone. •          Conduct transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning System (Navision).•          Support elements of Root Cause Analyses and Corrective Action process.•          Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected. in accordance to LI’s environmental policy.  Maintain good housekeeping of operational areas.•          Any other tasks required to fulfill Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.QUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title:  Maintenance TechnicianJob Code: MNTTECH001SUMMARY:Repairs and maintains electrical and electronic equipment, industrial controls and mechanical equipment in production setting by performing the following duties. WAGE TYPE:  Hourly FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Performs preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergent maintenance, and assists with the collection of predictive maintenance data for analysis.Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair the following:AC & DC motors.Transformers and rectifiers.Industrial electronic and control systems & equipment.Machine and motor controls systems & equipment.Logic panels including hard relays, timers, and counters.Steam and condensate systems and equipment including chemical sampling and control.Reverse osmosis units with associated systems and equipment. Maintain, install, set-up and troubleshoot DC and AC variable frequency drives.Maintain, install, troubleshoot and make program modifications to programmable logic controllers such as Allen-Bradley SLC-500 & CompactLogix controllers.Utilize test equipment such as digital multimeter, multifunction loop calibrator, Fluke 97 scope meter, data logging recorders, and other equipment as deemed necessary.Have basic knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic, chilled water, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment.Ability with reading and understanding mechanical prints / drawings and electrical line diagrams / relay logic.Spill team member Environmental responsibility is our commitment to our communities.Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.     Job DescriptionJob Description     SUMMARYThe Project Engineer position is responsible for implementing product or part designs into production.  They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned projects to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.  This includes coordination of suppliers, internal production processes, prototyping and tooling design/development to meet customers specifications and timelines.  This individual will ultimately be responsible for delivering projects to meet Lincoln Industries standards for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.WAGE TYPE: Salaried Exempt. FLSA Exemption: Administrative Exemption. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
