They are responsible for documenting patient care in electronic health records, educating patients and families about health and medication, and coordinating care with physicians, psychiatrists, and other staff. Crisis center RN & LPNs also work to ensure the safety of patients and provide a therapeutic environment. One who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. 
    Responsibilities Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions  Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor  Implementing behavior management programs and ensuring consistent carry through with the treatment planProvide emotional and psychological supportEducate patients, family and DSP's about their medical conditions and treatment plansMaintain a safe, hygienic working environment

    We're seeking a compassionate and dependable QMHP- Group Facilitator to join our team, who has strong communication skills, clinical awareness, and the ability to lead engaging group sessions for individuals who faces challenges with mental health and substance abuse. The ideal candidate is confident in managing group dynamics, responding calmly in crisis situations, and have the ability to meet individuals where they are without judgement while providing consistent emotional support.

    This role requires the QMHP to lead group sessions focusing on essential skill building. Areas of focus include daily living skills, communication, processing past trauma, anger management, and psychoeducation to promote recovery and personal growth.

    Responsibilities

    - Working with other professionals and community partners to help clients meet their goals.
    - Facilitating group discussions based on group dynamics while creating a safe and supportive space.
    - Documenting client progress, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring all records are in compliance with DBHS regulations.
    - Providing direct therapeutic services, training, and psychoeducational support.

    Qualifications
    - must be a Qualified mental health professional
    - at least 1 year experience
    - interns are welcome

    Salary
    starting pay $25- $30 based on experience
