    Position Description

    The AD ecosystem needs to flow smoothly for patients, information, and product to drive urgency in the process of detecting, diagnosing, and treating people with Alzheimer's disease. There are multiple steps, stakeholders, and ecosystems (referral dynamics, advanced diagnostics, treatments, and care management), which vary greatly by geography and health system, to support overall patient care.

    The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (i.e. Neurologist, Primary Care, and healthcare systems). Qualified individuals will compliantly work across internal functions, including Medical, Payer and Field Reimbursement teams. Given this complex environment, the need to influence systems of care and identify referral networks.

    The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio. This includes customers in multiple HCP specialties, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. They will be viewed as a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients.

    The Territory Manager will be accountable for driving results by embracing Lilly's suite of models: Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model and Account Management Model to meet the needs of customers through strong execution. Territory Managers will drive consistent ways of working within the Regional Healthcare Market.
