Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBA/LBAs to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
Conducting functional behavior assessments and write reports summarizing resultsDevelop positive behavior support plansOverseeing implementation of treatment planAssist staff in day-to-day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementing behavior support plansTrain staff to implement strategies to prevent occurrence of target behaviors and de-escalation strategiesProvide ongoing monitoring of data and make programming adjustments as neededPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related programBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)LBA CertificationPrefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certificationExperience working with individuals with intellectual disabilitiesSpanish SpeakingKnowledge & Abilities:
Utilizing the principles of ABA to influence socially important behaviorUsing a team-based approach to reduce the occurrence of problem behaviorServing individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilitiesCollaborating with team to create optimal environment for behavior changeEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-taskJob Type: Part-time
Salary: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
