    At Lighthouse Autism Center, our mission is simple: to bring the highest-quality autism services to the children and families who need them most. We are currently seeking a Remote Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting families navigating neurodevelopmental diagnoses. This position offers flexibility to join our team either part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or full-time, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your availability while making a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organization. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children (ages 2–6) with suspected autism spectrum disorder (ASD), using evidence-based assessment tools such as the ADOS-2, CARS-2, and other standardized measures. You will play a critical role in helping families gain clarity, access early intervention services, and take the next steps in their child’s developmental journey. What You’ll Do Conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected autism spectrum disorder. Completing 10-15 evaluations per week Administer ADOS-2, CARS-2, and complementary assessment tools Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports that meet insurance requirements Review findings with families and provide recommendations for services Coordinate evaluation schedules, waitlists, and communication with the outreach team and Sr. Director of Diagnostic Assessment Participate in ongoing professional learning related to ASD evaluations and best practices Perform occasional in-person assessments within the region (minimal travel) What We’re Looking For: Psychologist with current Indiana license PSYPACT licensed Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD/PsyD) HSPP endorsement Experience with ADOS-2 and autism-specific diagnostic testing Excellent written and verbal communication skills A family-centered, compassionate approach Ability to work directly with children during assessments Read Less

We are seeking a remote Clinical Psychologist who is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about supporting families navigating neurodevelopmental diagnoses. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely for an organization that prioritizes work–life balance. This is a 1099 contractor position requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with full-time availability preferred. In this position, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children (ages 2–6) with suspected ASD, using tools such as the ADOS-2, CARS-2, and other evidence-based assessments.
