Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of clinic and/or home-based ABA experience preferred but new grads welcomeMaster's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)Demonstrate excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and collaborate with OTs and SLPs as part of multi-disciplinary treatment planAbility to train, supervise, and provide feedback to RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA servicesClient ObservationsConducting functional behavior assessments including functional analysesAssisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients’ behavior intervention plansDevelop and implement skills acquisition programmingProviding feedback and supervision to RBT’sCollecting, graphing, and analyzing dataAbility to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers, teachers, and community membersRespect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversityExcellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
