    Job Description Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Installer to join our team. Applicants must have at least 3 years of residential remodeling experience to be considered. This role focuses on installing bathroom shower systems, tile floors, and other construction tasks to enhance accessibility for individuals with impaired mobility.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform demolition and reconstruction of existing residential spaces to create accessible layouts.

    Install bathroom shower systems and tile flooring.

    Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client needs are met.

    Pick up and load materials at the warehouse each morning.

    Travel to job sites within the designated region; projects may range from several hours to multiple days.

    Participate in manufacturer and on-the-job training.

    Work independently or as part of a team.

    Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.

    Assist in warehouse and inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and adhere to all traffic laws.

    Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of residential remodeling experience (Required).

    Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    Strong customer service and communication skills.

    Basic computer skills.

    High school diploma or GED.

    Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screening.

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

    Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.

    Exposure to noise typical of a construction site.

    May be required to work at heights.

    Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and perform tasks above head level.

    Ability to climb ladders, crouch, and occasionally work overhead.

    What You'll Do:

    Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and roles.Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing to offer.Craft and execute creative strategies to attract top talent.Keep our ATS (applicant tracking system) clean, current, and effective.Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.Extend offers and collaborate on onboarding and orientation.Manage multiple open positions at once (20+ is your sweet spot!) and keep things moving forward.Build strong candidate pipelines for now and the future.Support general HR needs in your regional office - from employee relations to leave management.

    You'll Be Successful If You:

    Have 2-5 years of HR experience, with a solid focus on recruiting.Have experience recruiting field-based employees or Sales Consultants (bonus points!).Are a whiz with ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce is a plus).Know how to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with grace.Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy.Are energized by working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Know your way around Microsoft Office, and maybe even some payroll tools.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Denver Metro territory . This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, marketing, and relationship-building, preferably in the construction , architecture , or elevator industry.

    About the Role:

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and increasing brand awareness within the community. This includes engaging with referral sources such as architects, homebuilders, and commercial construction teams as well as building relationships with prospective clients.

    This position offers autonomy and flexibility , allowing you to manage your schedule while focusing on field-based business development and some office-based work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development & Lead Generation

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.

    Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational luncheons .

    Generate and exceed monthly lead quotas for the sales team.

    Grow busines s by visiting job sites, being able to perform a takeoff, and register with builders .

    Conduct an average of 30-35 calls per week in addition to presentations and events

    Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and report on key metrics.

    Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize lead generation and business growth.

    Marketing & Community Engagement

    Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with local leadership and sales team .

    Coordinate c ust omer r e view acquisition and digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.

    Identify and implement advertising opportunities across print , d irect mail, and partnership advertising.

    Event Management

    Plan and execute events that drive lead generation and brand visibility.

    Manage event logistics , including budgeting, vendor negotiation, booth setup, and staff coordination.

    Attend and represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community meetings.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    3-5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in construction or architecture services.

    Strong existing relationships in the Denver, CO area .

    Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations, marketing, and sales teams .

    Strong presentation skills and the ability to educate referral partners about our services.

    Experience using ERP and CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.

    Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for helping others.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Willingness to travel within assigned territories .

    Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

    Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute a business development plan, engaging sales consultants in growth efforts.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $ 80 K - $ 100 K in salary and performance-based bonuses .
