Position Summary: The Direct Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and handling of day to day operations of the Residential Community Living home. The Supervisor or Program Manager is responsible for: the direct supervision of community home staff scheduling, training staff, performance reviews, oversight of care provided to the individuals who have special needs assist with caregiving duties documentation such as fire drills, client progress notes, medication administration, etc. The goal is to improve the quality of life for each person by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their home and community. Direct Care Supervisor positions are Full-time 40 hours per week and On Call duties are required.
