Provide Skilled Home Care: Deliver individualized physical or occupational therapy services (evaluations and treatments) in the patient's home environment.Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, ADL retraining, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients reach their independence goals.Report & Collaborate on Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and maintain accurate records to ensure a coordinated approach.Manage Your Caseload: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on your personal availability and the patient's plan of care.Document Efficiently: Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!).What You'll Need
