    About the Role

    As a Lifespan caregiver, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing daily support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. Your caring touch will make a real difference in their quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversationsAssist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)Help with meal planning and feedingSupport mobility and ambulationAct as an advocate for seniorsAssist with light housekeeping dutiesProvide transportation for errands and appointments

    Qualifications We’re Looking For:

    A genuine, caring, and compassionate personalityWilling to commit to 20 hours a week (including some weekends)At least 1 year of care experienceBasic knowledge of nutrition and personal hygieneProficient in English communicationValid driver’s license (preferred, but not mandatory; if no license, no driving clients)

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

    As a PCA Caregiver, you’ll provide personal care services, including assistance with hygiene, grooming, bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise. Whether it's helping someone start their day with a smile or preparing a home-cooked meal, your kokua is essential to ensuring our clients feel cared for and supported.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience and trained caregiver, a kind heart, patience, and understanding for the unique needs of our kupuna and aging community. Clean DMV record, automobile insurance, and a valid Hawaii driver’s license (if driving during work hours)

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts
    Ability to drive to client homes
    Positive and professional attitude, even under pressure
    Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
    Comfort performing light housekeeping duties
    Ability to assist clients safely with ambulation and mobility
    Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, walk, reach, bend, and perform daily caregiving tasks
