    About the Role

    We are seeking a confident, driven, and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team on-site at our Jacksonville, FL office. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for both existing clients and new prospects, driving revenue through phone and email outreach.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, possesses strong B2B communication skills, and maintains meticulous data integrity within our CRM platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    Relationship Management & Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume phone and email outreach to prospective B2B clients and nurture existing corporate accounts.Pipeline Management: Manage sales cycles from initial discovery to close, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance metrics.CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all client interactions, account details, and sales pipelines within our CRM.Product Expertise: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our safety equipment and compliance services (comprehensive training provided).

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Experience: Proven track record in B2B inside sales, account management, or corporate customer success.Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience utilizing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Goldmine) and the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel functionality, formulas, and sorting/filtering are highly valued).Communication: Exceptional verbal phone manner and professional written communication skills.Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and driven by targets and deadlines.Location: Ability to work full-time, on-site in a collaborative office environment (Monday – Friday).

    Experience within the medical, safety, or compliance industries is a plus, but not required.

    Part-Time Field Service Specialist - Charlotte

    We are looking to hire a part-time Field Service Specialist in Charlotte and surrounding areas for approximately 15 hours a week. Training on our processes included.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of onsite safety equipment in the field.Provide timely and accurate reports on the status of serviced units.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.Coordinate with the office to ensure all service records are up to date.Potential to earn commission on sales leads - per unit commission pay for added clientscompensation to include reimbursed mileageQualifications:Proven experience in field service or a related technical role.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week, with some variability depending on demand.Bulk of hours would be between 8 am and 5 pm, weekdaysMUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK TO ENTER FEDERAL AND STATE BUILDINGSAbility to lift/carry 20lbs.Must have valid driver's licenseMust provide own transportation (mileage reimbursement included)
