    What You'll Do

    As a Caregiver, your primary goal is to help our clients maintain their independence. Your daily routine will involve:

    Daily Living Support: Assisting with cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care.
    Care Coordination: Managing the needs of multiple clients and maintaining professional, detailed care notes via our mobile app.
    Advocacy: Ensuring client safety by immediately reporting any suspected incidents of abuse or neglect to supervisors.
    Transportation: Helping clients get to appointments or run essential errands as ordered and approved.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    To ensure the highest level of care for our clients, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

    Reliability: Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date liability insurance.
    Communication: Ability to read, write, and follow complex oral and written instructions.
    Clearance: Must pass a criminal background check (including the Nurse's Aide Registry) and a drug screen.
    Health: Provide a negative TB test and undergo annual screenings.
    Physical Ability: Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping.

    Working Environment

    Variety: Every day is different! You will work in various home environments, ranging from urban settings to remote or rural areas.
