MAJOR DUTIES: The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Program Director and Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for the provision of clinical services to clients enrolled in Lifeline services in general and in their specific unit in particular. Reviews Washington Administrative Codes (WACs) and Revised Codes (RCWs) and Federal regulations pertaining to substance use dependency and mental health treatment and develops and implements policies and procedures to comply with said codes and regulations.Ensures that continuous quality improvement addresses both client needs and compliance with WACs, RCWs, and Federal Regulations.Ensures that the agency treatment programs are maintained in such a way to be in substantial compliance with applicable Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR), , and Department of Health (DOH) certification reviews and reporting.Prepares and submits statistical reports to the Program Director and Chief Clinical Officer for program compliance with contract performance indicators.Provides clinical supervision of treatment services including case staffing, chart entries, case audits, and treatment plan reviews.Orientation and training of all new staff to their assigned unit. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION
Possess a minimum of an Associates (Bachelors preferred) degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business management, or related field with experience in the field of rehabilitation and professional counseling.Possess a Substance Use Dependency Professional in Washington State (SUDP) license in good standing.Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and mental health required.Progressive sequence of supervisory experience in a state approved substance use dependency treatment program or mental health setting.Ability to meet requirements of approved supervisor for Substance Use Professional Trainees. Program Director

Position Summary
The Program Director provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for assigned clinical programs, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and client-centered services. This role is responsible for program operations, staff supervision, budget management, regulatory compliance, and community partnerships. The Program Director works closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and is a key member of the Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Program Oversight
Ensure the delivery of clinical services in compliance with Washington Administrative Codes (WACs), Revised Codes of Washington (RCWs), CARF standards, federal regulations, and all Lifeline Connections policies.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and continuous quality improvement initiatives that address client needs and meet compliance requirements.Oversee program performance to ensure compliance with all contracts, licensing, and certification requirements (e.g., DBHR, DOH).Monitor productivity, occupancy rates, and service delivery outcomes; adjust strategies as needed to meet program goals.Staff Supervision & Development

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, behavioral health, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.Ability to meet Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) licensing requirements per WAC 246-341 and RCW 18.205 within the timeframe set at hire (if applicable).Demonstrated experience in program management, budget oversight, and staff supervision.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Valid, unencumbered driver’s license and proof of insurance (if required by program).Preferred:

POSITION TITLE: Crisis Wellness Center (WCW) Clinical Supervisor
RESPONSIBLE TO: CWC Program Director
Summary: The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Crisis Program Director. The Clinical Program Supervisor will work with the Program Director in the provision of clinical supervisory services to MHPs and Peer Support Specialists. This position provides clinical services to agency patients. The Clinical Supervisor works in a supportive role with the team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, work assignments, and orientation and performance supervision according to work rules, regulations, and policies and collective bargaining agreements; develop and implement staff orientation and training in conjunction with the Program Director. The Crisis MHP Supervisor must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WA WACS, and have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Supervisory and program management experience is desirable. Demonstrated experience providing supervision and/or mentoring to subordinate staff or co-workers. Demonstrated experience at providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals early in recovery from alcohol and other drugs.

The incumbent provides program oversight and supervision to patients who differ widely in age and socioeconomic status and who may possess a variety of chronic and serious social, behavioral and psychological problems. Further, s/he provides supervision for chemical dependency and mental health counselors, counselor interns, and students. Autonomy, clinical maturity, sound judgment, and creativity are required to help identify and monitor policies and treatment activities that will meet the complex needs of both patients and staff.
PERSONAL CONTACTS:
Contacts are with members of the treatment team, patients, significant others of the patients, Board of Directors/Advisory Boards, representatives of various community agencies specializing in the treatment of behavioral health and related community representatives including lawyers, probation officers, and other court officials. All personal contacts are carried out in accordance with federal and state laws dealing with the confidentiality of behavioral health patient records.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, speak clearly, hear and use hands and fingers to manipulate writing utensils and keys on a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or lift and/or move maximum of 25 lbs. The employee may be regularly required to effectively operate an automobile.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Most working hours are spent indoors in offices or meeting rooms. Occasional supervision of outdoor activities, visits to community agencies, and participation in staff retreats and staff development activities may be required.

Salary: $69,160 - $79,160/year DOE
