    We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our team in Dover, DE. This role is responsible for managing outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while supporting overall revenue cycle operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and monitor accounts receivable balances
    Perform outbound collection calls and follow up on overdue accounts
    Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
    Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
    Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account concerns

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting
    10+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
    Strong communication and negotiation skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    Experience with accounting or billing systems preferred
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    This role requires a highly experienced litigation paralegal with deep knowledge of IP and ITC procedures who can provide advanced support to attorneys across all stages of complex litigation.

    Key Responsibilities
    Provide high-level litigation support to attorneys in IP and International Trade Commission (ITC) matters
    Coordinate, organize, and prepare complex legal documents, filings, and case materials
    Maintain case files, litigation databases, and document management systems
    Manage document productions and conduct searches in e-discovery platforms such as Relativity
    Assist with deposition preparation and factual research using internal and external legal databases
    Support trial preparation, including preparing witness lists, exhibits, trial binders, and related materials
    Attend trials and hearings to provide on-site support and coordinate logistics, including travel and remote trial setups
    File documents with courts and agencies, including the ITC, and distribute filings to relevant parties
    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support litigation workflows
    Train and direct junior team members and help implement efficient processes across departments
    Required Skills & Proficiencies
    Advanced expertise preparing motions in limine, jury instructions, verdict forms, and other pleadings
    Extensive trial experience, including ITC proceedings
    Proficiency with e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity) and transcript management software such as LiveNote
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Strong experience with legal research platforms including LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, EDIS, and USPTO databases
    Deep understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and IP-related terminology
    Experience with timekeeping, expense reporting, and legal billing systems

    Qualifications
    10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
    7+ years of IP litigation experience
    Extensive trial or arbitration support experience
    ITC litigation experience required
    Appellate experience preferred
    Bachelors degree required
