    The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides supervision, support, and structure for residents in a residential treatment setting. Staff are responsible for maintaining safety, enforcing program expectations, supporting healthy coping skills, and helping create a consistent and therapeutic environment for residents.

    Behavioral Health Technicians work closely with the clinical and case management teams to support resident stability, accountability, and progress within the program.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Supervise residents and maintain a safe, structured environmentEnforce program rules, expectations, schedules, and house guidelines consistentlyMonitor resident behavior and report concerns to supervisors or clinical staffSupport residents in utilizing healthy coping skills and emotional regulation techniquesAssist with conflict resolution and use approved de-escalation strategies during crisis situationsProvide appropriate supervision during meals, groups, recreation, transportation, and community activitiesMaintain professional boundaries and model appropriate behaviorComplete required documentation including shift notes, incident reports, and behavioral observationsCommunicate effectively with Program Director and other staffConduct room checks, safety checks, and facility monitoring as requiredAssist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall structure within the residenceTransport residents as neededQualifications

    High school diploma or GED requiredExperience working in behavioral health, residential treatment, mental health or substance abuse preferred Ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high-stress situationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to establish and maintain healthy boundariesBasic computer and documentation skillsValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferredAbility to pass background check and drug screeningPreferred Qualifications

    CPR/First Aid certificationCrisis intervention or de-escalation trainingKnowledge of trauma-informed care principlesExperience working in residential or behavioral health settingsSchedule

    Full-time and part-time positions available (Swing and Graves)Day, swing, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be requiredWork Environment

    We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal & Household Assistant to provide approximately 15 hours of support each week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping a busy family stay organized.

    The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and seamlessly manage a variety of personal, household, and administrative responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    Household Management

    Maintain a clean, organized, and functional home.Create and maintain household organization systems.Coordinate with house cleaners, maintenance providers, contractors, and other household vendors.Manage household inventory and maintain shopping lists.Grocery shop and keep the kitchen stocked.Assist with meal preparation during busy weeks.Pick up prescriptions, packages, dry cleaning, and other household items as needed.Assist with seasonal organization and household projects.Family Support

    Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.Coordinate reservations and appointments.Organize paperwork, files, and important documents.Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks as requested.Research products, services, travel, vendors, and other information.Track ongoing to-do lists and follow up on outstanding tasks.Help prioritize daily and weekly responsibilities.Assist with special projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant preferred.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.Comfortable using email, calendars, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Schedule

    Approximately 15 hours per week.Flexible schedule with mutually agreed-upon hours.Occasional flexibility may be needed depending on family schedules or special projects. Read Less
