    General Position Summary

    Pay Transparency Statement

    The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00, which represents base pay only. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, scheduled hours, and experience, among other factors.

    General Position Summary: Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. Our customers rely on our team to find and select products that represent their individuality, team pride and personal style. Working in our retail stores requires our retail sales team to provide each and every customer with the energy for an exceptional Lids experience, maintain our meticulous product presentations, and be a subject matter expert in our products and services.
