    The Role

    The Program Manager is a senior delivery leader within LIDD's Project Services Office (PSO). This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale, multi-workstream client programs while contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the PSO as a shared service across the organization.

    The Program Manager provides leadership across ERP, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Digital Transformation initiatives. They ensure delivery excellence through effective governance, resource coordination, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial oversight.

    In addition to managing strategic client programs, the Program Manager plays a key role in building project management standards, mentoring Project Managers, improving delivery methodologies, and supporting portfolio planning across multiple practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead complex enterprise software and supply chain transformation programs from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams simultaneously.Establish program governance, executive steering committees, and decision-making frameworks.Drive successful execution against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives.Manage program dependencies, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.Serve as the senior delivery contact for executive stakeholders.Lead escalation management and resolution of critical delivery issues.Champion project and program management best practices across the organization.Contribute to the development and implementation of PSO standards, tools, templates, and governance frameworks.Promote consistency while enabling flexibility across technology practices.Support capacity planning, resource forecasting, and prioritization across client engagements.Provide guidance on project health, risk exposure, and delivery performance.Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.6+ years of experience managing complex technology implementation programs.Demonstrated experience leading large ERP or enterprise software implementations.Proven success managing multi-project programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.Strong financial management and commercial acumen.Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

    Preferred

    Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or Infor.Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), or related technologies.Experience establishing or improving PMO/PSO functions.Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives.Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and retail operations.5+ years of experience in a consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environment.

    Certifications

    PMP certification considered a significant asset.PgMP certification considered a significant asset.Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications are advantageous.

    In this role, your main responsibilities are:

    Our Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.

    Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:

    Helping clients select supply chain software;Configuring, implementing and supporting new software systems in distribution environments;Auditing existing operations software and making recommendations for improvements.

    Responsibilities

    LIDD is seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Kinaxis Maestro implementations for our supply chain consulting clients. As a senior member of our Supply Chain Planning Practice, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture on complex implementations, including data integration design, planning logic configuration, and translation of business requirements into Maestro configurations. This role is central to LIDD's growing VAR partnership with Kinaxis and our software implementation pipeline.

    Your role:

    Lead solution architecture on Kinaxis Maestro implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Design integration architecture between Maestro and client ERP/data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Business Central, SAP, Oracle), including master data flows and transactional interfaces. Configure and validate Maestro modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Capable-to-Promise. Translate client business requirements into Maestro configurations, workbooks, scenarios, and alerts. Lead solution design workshops with client stakeholders and serve as the primary technical authority on the engagement. Mentor consultants and analysts on Kinaxis methodology, supply chain planning concepts, and LIDD delivery standards. Partner with the pre-sales team to scope new opportunities, contribute to SOWs, and validate technical feasibility. Maintain and grow Kinaxis certifications; stay current on Maestro releases and new modules.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Kinaxis (RapidResponse / Maestro), with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations as lead architect. Active Kinaxis certifications (Author Level 2 minimum; Solution Consultant strongly preferred). Deep knowledge of supply chain planning concepts: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, MPS, MRP, inventory optimization. Strong understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, and ETL concepts. Experience working in a client-facing consulting or VAR environment. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead workshops and present to executive stakeholders.     The Role

    Our project manager combines consulting with implementing Enterprise Software and business processes. Working with partners, directors, and solutions specialists, you’ll execute project management tasks which include but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:

    Manage the effective delivery and timely completion of WMS and/or ERP and/or CRM projects in alignment with defined scope and budget.Manage additional requests and associated budget.     What’s your role:

    Our Design Specialists mix structural design elements and functional attributes to bring world-class distribution operations to life. In this role, you will collaborate with partners, directors, and project managers to create detailed layouts for our clients.

    Key responsibilities:

    Drafting site plans, floor plans and material handling equipment (MHE) including pallet racking, mezzanines and conveyor systems; Calculate storage capacities; Determine budget estimates for material handling equipment; Communicate with vendors; Traveling to clients to measure existing facility and material handling equipment; Walking and/or standing for long periods of time to measure facilities;
