Daily Responsibilities:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Assisting the veterinarian during exams and procedures Data entry and retrieval using veterinary business software Greeting clients and preparing exam rooms Collecting payments and scanning documents Performing cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized workspaceRequired Skills:
Experience in mail distribution and sorting Ability to provide clerical support to the team Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in office procedures and computer skillsNice to Have Skills:
Experience with insurance verification Knowledge of front office operations Ability to handle switchboard operations Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing Experience in ordering supplies and maintaining inventorySalary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000 to $40,000, health insurance, 401(k) options, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.

Employment Type: Full Time We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time associate veterinarian to join our growing small animal practice in Philadelphia. As part of our committed team you will have the opportunity to utilize your experience, skill, and expertise to help us provide a high level of quality care to our community. A positive attitude, excellent bedside manner, interpersonal/communication skills and compassion are a must. Candidate must have a degree from an accredited university and an active license to practice in Pennsylvania.
