The Role
As a core member of our production team, you will execute technical removals and precision pruning across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role requires an individual who can integrate advanced climbing and rigging techniques with a deep understanding of tree biology to deliver superior results safely and efficiently.
Key Qualifications
Professional Experience: 2–4 years of documented tree climbing experience within a professional arboricultural environment.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard power equipment, including chainsaws, woodchippers, and specialized rigging systems.Technical Expertise: Demonstrated competency in structural support systems, specifically cabling and bracing applications.Compliance & Safety: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED. A steadfast commitment to OSHA and ANSI Z133 safety standards is required.Physical Requirements: High level of physical aptitude and the ability to perform rigorous labor at height in various weather conditions.Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in landscape architecture, plant pathology, or hardscape construction is highly desirable.Compensation and Total Rewards

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead landscape crew members on residential and commercial job sitesAssign tasks to crew members Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsPerform and oversee landscape services including spring/fall cleanups, mulching, pruning, planting, and property maintenanceOperate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other toolsTrain new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety proceduresMaintain clear communication with management regarding job progress, issues, and material needsEnsure trucks, trailers, and equipment are properly maintained and organizedTake photos of completed work when required for company documentationQualifications:

Liberty Tree & Landscape Management is seeking a dependable, experienced Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and tree/landscape equipment. This position plays a critical role in keeping our crews operating efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
*Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment
*Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
*Repair trucks, trailers, chippers, chainsaws, and small engines
*Maintain service records and maintenance schedules
*Ensure equipment meets safety standards
*Respond to occasional emergency repairs as needed
*Minor Welding
Qualifications:
*Experience working on diesel and gas engines
*Knowledge of small engine repair & maintenance
*Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electrical systems
*Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Ability to work independently
*Strong organizational skills -will need own tools
