Schedule: Sunday–Friday (5–6 days based on shift needs), 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview
We’re hiring experienced forklift operators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on sit-down forklift operation, order picking, and container put-away. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to handle physical work throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and store materials
Perform order picking and container put-away accurately
Count and verify boxes to ensure inventory accuracy
Organize products in designated warehouse areas
Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Forklift certification required (proof must be provided)
Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse setting
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs consistently without assistance
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work overtime as needed

We are seeking experienced Framers to join a production team in Plant City, FL. This is an indoor position building wall panels inside a facility—not outdoor construction. Candidates must have prior carpentry experience framing homes or apartments.
Responsibilities
Build wall panels using wood framing techniquesMeasure and cut materials accuratelyRead and use a tape measure and framing squareOperate tools including nail guns and sawsFollow production schedules and safety guidelinesRequirements
