This hybrid (3 days in office required) direct hire role focuses on inventory management and will require approximately 20% travel both domestic and international. This position requires a strong background in supply chain demand planning as well as global import protocols and operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Leverage the forecasting tool to analyze historical patterns and seasonal fluctuations, removing anomalies caused by exceptional events.

    • Apply a variety of statistical models to adjust future projections and establish a reliable baseline forecast.

    • Enhance the statistical demand plan by incorporating collaborative input from internal stakeholders-including sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams-to ensure cross-functional alignment and improve forecast accuracy.

    • Facilitate the local demand review process to deliver a consensus-based forecast aligned with the monthly submission deadline.

    • Engage actively with the global demand planning community to exchange best practices and insights with fellow demand planners across the Group.

    • Identify and communicate key regional inputs - major forecast changes, significant risks and opportunities, new product launches, and product phase-outs.

    • Evaluate demand planning KPIs-such as forecast bias and accuracy-and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.

    • Oversee any seasonal system setup and line plans, work closely with stakeholders to achieve financial goals, and support S&OP supply review meetings as needed.

    • Investigate issues and opportunities to improve efficiency in supply chain performance.

    Requirements:

    • Required - Bachelor's degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering.

    • APICS such as CPIM highly preferred.

    • Required - 5+ years of working in Supply Chain Demand Planning specifically in the areas of forecasting, procurement, demand, and supply planning within a manufacturing environment.

    • SAP IBP experience.

    • Near expert level excel proficiency, Power Bi experience.

    • Required - advanced Excel experience in reporting.

    • Experience in working with global teams highly preferred.

    • Bilingual capabilities in French highly preferred.

    • Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with constant changes.

    • Must be a problem solver mentality with an outside of the box mentality with a sense of priority and urgency.

    • Must have experience working with large data sets.

    • Must be capable of thriving in a very fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities while managing customer service.
