    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company in Jacksonville Beach. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist with bank and account reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entriesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing processesCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepanciesPerform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document managementQualifications:1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus

    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Grant Accountant to join our team in Jacksonville. This role is responsible for managing the financial aspects of grants, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and supporting the organization’s mission through accurate and timely reporting.

    LHH is working with a Healthcare system based in Florida that is looking to hire an Epic Analyst who has experience with Radiant (professional and/or certified) for a 6+ month project. The role will be 100% remote.

    Candidates MUST have 2-3 years of Epic experience to be considered and have Radiant experience. Candidates MUST be willing to work as a w2 employee of LHH to be considered for this position.

    The Epic Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Epic EHR (electronic health records) systems within the organization. To do this, the Analyst works closely with healthcare providers, IT staff, and other business stakeholders by providing a customer centric experience. Also acting as a communication hub, this position coordinates the information technology activities for their assigned areas based on user requirements.


    Responsibilities Include:
    1. Understand user workflows, core functions, and processes of the supported business area which may include inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory, or revenue cycle.
    2. Coordinate with clinical end users and apply knowledge of user workflow to assist users in defining requirements.
    3. Designs, configures, tests, troubleshoots and maintains programs/applications.
    4. Apply detailed knowledge of system functionality to implement new applications and modules.
    5. Document business requirements, current and future state workflows, and any custom builds as appropriate.
    6. Coordinate and participate in all testing phases of associated applications during implementations and upgrades.
    7. Research and resolve issues with external and internal resources as needed.
    8. Provide support during go-live events, including during standard off-hours support times.
    9. Lead small and medium-sized projects with minimal managerial oversight. Develop key project management tools, including project plans, issues logs, testing plans, and go-live events.
    10. Responsible for ongoing on-call duties for incidents outside of business hours.
    11. Participate in cross-training for personal development and to ensure adequate secondary coverage on all applications.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: Associate degree

    • Certification: Radiant

    Work Experience:
    o Two years in healthcare or one year of experience supporting technology systems.


    Strong knowledge of:

    Blood bank workflows and build including prepare/transfusion orderable and MTP activity/module

    Bugsy Module

    HOD including specialty diagnostics such as neurology and pulmonary

    All areas of testing - ART, Integrated, Charge, Ronin reviews

    Developing quick step quides

    Supporting day in the life activities

    User readiness activities

    • Go Live support experience

    Collaborative team work Proactive sharing of lessons learned

    Work Experience in lieu of degree:
    o Four years in healthcare or supporting technology systems.

    • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    o Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint o Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

    o Strong critical thinking skills

    o Strong communication skills and professional presence

    o Ability to maintain composure in stressful office environment



    Pay Details: $60.00 to $85.00 per hour
