We are seeking a professional, friendly Receptionist who enjoys being the welcoming presence of an office and supporting a busy customer service team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build office experience in a stable manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:Answer and distribute incoming phone calls to the LGS Switchboard. Takes and returns phone calls that may require prompt action. Distribute phone messages left on the night service answering system. Make business calls for employees who do not have outside lines. Utilizing Phone Paging system page other co-workers if needed.Greet, Sign-in, create security badge, and announce visitors.Prepare morning reports and distribute these reports.Daily Cost Analysis Summary Report for President.Daily Shipment Report for A/P. Close all shipments.Daily Order Verification-Check orders input into system by Order Entry.Daily All invoices that shipped, separate invoices, copy tracking/shipping information into system, separate A/P & A/R’s invoices and disseminate accordingly.Open, prepare, and disseminate both Inbound and Outbound company mail.Provide Employment Applications & LGS Employment testing to potential job candidates. Grade Testing and distribute applications and testing/results to HR.Perform Special projects as necessary to include typing, data entry, word processing.What We’re Looking For:1 to 3 months related experience and or training.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional phone etiquette and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Machine Operator-SUMMARY
Operates machinery to modify and change the shape and nature of metal, plastic, rubber materials to produce quality parts according to a schedule.
Check machinery for cleanliness and proper working order adjusts as necessary.
Operate a limited number of machines/presses to manufacture products.Read and interpret basic blueprints.Use measuring instruments to verify quality.Confirm materials, prints, tools, and dies per work order.Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean.Experience with die cutting is a plus.May perform other related duties as needed.Rotary Press Operator-SUMMARY
Experience Die Make up and set-up.Web Handling.Running Multiple substrates.Trouble shooting.Packer (Packaging)-SUMMARY
Performs packaging operations following prescribed instructions.

The Assistant Production Manager supports the Production Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily manufacturing operations to achieve company goals related to safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in planning production activities, supervising team members, and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in developing, implementing, and managing production systems and processes.Plan, review, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands and operational goals.Estimate labor requirements and assign work to ensure timely completion of job assignments.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to effectively direct production activities.Establish and adjust work procedures to improve efficiency and meet production deadlines.Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.Analyze and resolve production issues; provide guidance and support to team members.Inspect products to ensure conformance to specifications and oversee machine setup and adjustments.Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement plans, drive performance, and motivate employees to achieve goals.Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Assist with material planning, including estimating, requisitioning, and inspecting materials.Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.Manage team schedules, including vacations and time off, to maintain proper coverage and efficiency.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in a manufacturing or production environment with increasing levels of responsibility.Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and workflow coordination.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) preferred.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and production or ERP systems (e.g., Epicor).local candidates preferred
