About the Role In this role, you will lead Ops / SRE teams to build and run secure, automated cloud environments and production services that customers depend on around the clock. About the Role The Associate Corporate Counsel position supports the Business Services and Government business units within Risk Solutions by assisting with legal review and day-to-day business matters across commercial, regulatory, and product areas. In this role, you will draft, review, and support the negotiation of a wide range of agreements; collaborate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day legal questions; and support product, compliance, and business initiatives. Responsibilities Draft, review, and help negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, reseller, and services agreements, with guidance from senior counsel as needed. Assist with maintaining contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries to support efficient and consistent legal review. Support the sales and business teams by helping review legal requests, preparing agreement summaries, and assisting with contract execution workflows. Conduct legal research and issue spotting on regulatory, privacy, and product-related questions, and help prepare practical guidance for internal stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to support alignment of commercial terms with legal standards and business needs. Assist with legal support for product launches, compliance initiatives, and other business projects by gathering information, reviewing materials, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Help support legal operations and risk management processes, including tracking requests, organizing documentation, and assisting with team training or contract management efforts. Respond to day-to-day legal and contract-related questions from internal teams, escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
