Must-Have Experience 3+ years in an agency or client services environment. Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization. Experience supporting cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. Financial fluency — you’ve owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-savvy — you can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy accordingly. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable. Comfortable using (and learning) AI tools to increase speed and quality. Nice-to-Have Experience Background in ecommerce, education, or B2B verticals. Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms. Experience upselling or growing client accounts. Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, etc.). AI Expectations At Level, AI is a skillset, not a side note . In this role, you’ll be expected to: Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and Perplexity to improve workflows and ideas.
