    Leasing Manager

    Full Time: 40 hours/week

    Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience.

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Schedule: 5 days a week including rotating Saturdays

    Reports to: Property Manager


    Job Description

    Levco Management is currently hiring a Leasing Manager for a 716-unit conventional property located in North Chesterfield, VA. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.


    Qualifications

    At least 3 years' experience in the apartment management industry.Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Prior experience with Yardi software is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    Ensure the highest quality customer service to residents and prospects.Respond to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.Process rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.Managing move-ins and move-outs.Process maintenance requests and work orders.Manage and participate in leasing and renewal activities. Monitor use of community facilities, mail, and fitness center.Lead the leasing team and set regular goals to achieve. Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned to you.

    Maintenance Technician

    Full Time: 40 hours/week

    Hourly: Compensation is commensurate with experience.

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed, on-call rotation as needed.

    Reports to: Maintenance Manager


    Job Description

    Levco Management is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 465-unit property located in Hampton, VA. We are seeking an individual with experience in the apartment industry who is dependable, hard-working, and interested in developing their technical skills.

    Qualifications

    1 year of residential maintenance experience.General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).Must provide your own hand tools including handheld power tools.Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly without assistance.EPA certification is required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.Must be able to pass a background check as well as a maintenance skills assessment.

    Responsibilities

    Complete apartment turnovers.General painting and drywall repairs.Complete service requests.Assist with preventative maintenance programs.Assist with grounds upkeep daily.Completing thorough inspections of the common areas on a regular basis.Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

    Responsibilities

    Inspect the condition of all units prior to starting repairs to include but not limited to; walls, appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows/doors, filters, and smoke detectors.Responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property and general repair/replacements for common areas as needed.Complete the apartment turn process to prepare for move ins.Conduct general upkeep procedures (i.e landscaping) and other tasks as assigned.May assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, snow removal, freezes, etc.Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor.

    Construction Supervisor

    Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience

    Reports To: Director of Construction


    General Description:

    The Construction Supervisor is responsible for leading Levco's crews and subcontractors on the jobsite. This position will perform advanced construction tasks and supervisory roles related to job-site personnel.


    Qualifications

    Advanced understanding of finish carpentry, framing, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.Ability to lead and train crew members at multiple jobsites.Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure.Ability to take instructions from project managers and communicate those instructions to all crew members and subcontractors to complete jobs on time and within the company standards.Strong organizational skills.Must be detail-oriented and have good communication skills (oral and written).Must maintain a neat/clean appearance.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Must be able to pass a background check.

    Responsibilities

    Must be able to oversee and work on multiple construction/renovation projects at once.Ensure that company safety standards and work quality standards are always adhered to.Verifying the accuracy of material orders and deliveries while on site and communicating via phone and email with vendors and project managers throughout the material procurement process.Regular daily travel and the potential for overnight travel are required.Maintain and help track the company's inventory of owned tools.Overseeing the maintenance and inspections for company-owned crew vehicles.Regularly communicate with project managers regarding scheduling and progress.Communicate work scopes on each job to other crew members.Manage subcontractors for both quality and timeliness.Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
