Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for directing, managing and coordinating all matters relating to assigned job projects. The Project Manager will provide the necessary guidance, counsel and direction to Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle (project set up, submittals, procurement, project schedule management, punch lists & closeout) for multiple projects at once; ensuring all project tasks are completed accurately, fully and timely.Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of the contract requirements for each project; more specifically, change orders and billing procedures.Ensure each job cost element, specifically labor (including sub-contractors), material and equipment, is within the approved budget.Coordinate with the Site Superintendent to attend the Pre-Start meeting, Progress meetings and the Post-Job Completion meeting for all Prime Segment projects.For all active projects, maintains a strong working rapport with each customer, builds trust, and sources leads for new business projects.Ensure that any customer concerns or complaints are handled in an appropriate manner that promotes customer satisfaction.Maintains continuous communication on all active projects with client and the Site Superintendent, that is to include frequent job site visits.
Qualifications

The Small Engine Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of landscaping and construction equipment, including two-stroke and four-stroke engines, compact equipment, and handheld tools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect, diagnose, and repair small engines, including lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, generators, and snow blowers.
· Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, air filter replacements, carburetor adjustments, and spark plug installations.
· Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
· Maintain service records and track completed repairs using internal systems.
· Order necessary parts and ensure inventory is maintained for common repairs.
· Communicate clearly with supervisors and operators about equipment status and timelines.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Assist in seasonal equipment prep and winterization.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certification preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years' experience repairing small engines or related mechanical work.
· Strong knowledge of gas-powered and diesel-powered small engines, hydraulic systems, and two- and four-cycle engines.
· Ability to read and interpret schematics and service manuals.
· Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with landscaping or construction equipment.
· Welding and fabrication skills a plus.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
· OSHA 10/30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

The Nursery Manager/Plant Procurement Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Let It Grow and plant nurseries, ensuring the highest quality plant materials for our projects. This role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing, and providing expert feedback to estimators and project teams to support accurate bids and successful installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for nurseries and plant suppliers, fostering strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.Evaluate plant quality, availability, and suitability for project specifications and environmental conditions.Source new vendors and evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality.Provide accurate and timely plant pricing information to estimators for bid preparation.Manage plant inventory and coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries and ensuring timely availability of materials for projects.Inspect plant materials upon delivery and ensure compliance with project standards.Stay informed on plant trends, seasonal availability, and cost fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies.Maintain detailed records of plant sourcing, pricing, and supplier performance.Work closely with estimators, project managers, and field teams to align plant selections with design intent and budget.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Industries, or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or related field.Proven experience in vendor sourcing and pricing negotiation.Strong knowledge of plant species, care requirements, and regional growing conditions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager drives the project setup, submission delivery, project schedule and closeout for multiple projects under the mentorship of a Project Manager. This role offers opportunities to contribute to active projects and develop the skills needed to advance to the Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
