About the Role:
Join Coastline Dental as a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences, managing treatment plans and supporting the roles within the front office. Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and dental team.Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling and patient flow.Educate patients on treatment options, financial plans, and insurance benefits.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations.Support the dental team with administrative tasks and patient management.Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones.Train and mentor new staff members to uphold the clinic's standards of excellence.Requirements:
Previous treatment coordination.Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.Proficient in dental Dentrix software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.About Us:
