What You'll Do
As a key member of our Closing Operations team, you will oversee the closing and funding process for mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and investor requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare loan closing packages in accordance with Federal, State, and Investor lending guidelinesReview, balance, and approve final Closing Disclosures (CDs)Conduct audits related to TRID, HOPA, High-Cost Loans, HPML, and bona fide changes in circumstanceReview executed loan documents for accuracy and proper execution prior to issuing funding authorizationAnalyze and interpret complex closing documentationResearch and resolve issues by gathering facts, evaluating data, and implementing effective solutionsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely loan closingsWhat We're Looking For

Duties include:
Utilize both company-supplied and self-generated leads, as well as marketing resources, to initiate contact with prospective new mortgage brokers/bankers offering LendSure loan products. Coordinate broker / bank approval process, - wholesale agreements.
Communicate and train clients on LendSure products, policies, and procedures.Conduct video presentations to brokers/ bankers. Meet minimum production goals, tracking and reporting of daily activity using Salesforce CRM.You are required to make 50-75 calls per day. Manages the loan pipeline actively and provides clients with ongoing service support.1 year mortgage experience required.Qualifications

Once you hit the field, you'll have a transitionary comp plan before being placed on what is essentially a commission only plan. This job carries a low floor, but a very high ceiling, offering you the opportunity to earn upwards of $350k a year. Initially you'll be required to be in the office in San Diego CA five days a week, but as you prove yourself, you'll earn flexibility to work from home.
