We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing travel services team. This role supports multiple clients within the travel and hospitality industry and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service via phone (inbound/outbound) and email, assisting customers with travel-related requests, inquiries, and concernsAccurately document all customer interactions in internal tracking systems and CRM platformsIdentify, resolve, and appropriately escalate issues in accordance with company processesRoute calls to the correct departments or extensions and complete follow-up communications when neededCollaborate with the Travel Team to support departmental goals and ensure a seamless customer experienceUtilize multiple systems efficiently while following established communication and documentation protocols
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is strongly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable multitasking across multiple systems, including CRM toolsSolid computer literacy and attention to detailAbility to remain professional, calm, and solutions-focused in all customer interactionsBilingual candidates are a plus, but not required
