    In an Audiologist career with LVHN, you ll experience:

    Conduct and interpret diagnostic testing and comprehensive audiologic evaluations. Counsel patients regarding hearing aids and provides hearing aid evaluations and fittings. Investigate and study the underlying causes, precipitating factors, and symptomatic behavior of impaired speech patterns. Monitor condition of equipment and calls appropriate repair/maintenance personnel when necessary. Evaluate hearing disorders to determine diagnoses and courses of treatment. Evaluate psychological information to measure the impact of hearing loss on a patient. Conduct research related to the causes and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. Attend meetings related to patient diagnostic evaluation, treatment and contributes to discussion as an interdisciplinary team member.
