About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Specialist - Paid Media to drive customer acquisition and campaign performance across digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role is a balance of paid media execution and strategic growth thinking. You'll manage daily campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, test new creatives, and work closely with the creative and analytics teams to drive real business results. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on experimentation, understands performance metrics, and can translate data into decisions.
Requirements:What You'll Do
Launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTubeTrack performance KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CAC, and make daily optimizationsStructure and execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, offers, and audiencesCollaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad assetsOwn campaign setup and QA: targeting, placements, budgets, UTM trackingReport on performance trends and identify growth opportunitiesStay current with platform updates, targeting options, and media buying trends What You'll Bring 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid media or growth marketingProven success managing acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, and/or TikTokFamiliarity with campaign tracking, attribution models, and performance reportingAnalytical mindset and fluency in key metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.Comfort using dashboards and spreadsheets to track, analyze, and optimize campaignsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyCollaborative working style with strong communication skillsCompensation details: 0 Yearly Salary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-housePerform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughlyHandle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compressesClean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the dayAssist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needsWork efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervisionAdhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocolsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standardsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periodsAvailability to work flexible shifts including weekends and eveningsBENEFITS
