About the Role
We’re a growing civil engineering firm based in Jacksonville Beach, focused primarily on land development projects across Northeast Florida.
We’re at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a Project Engineer (EIT) who wants more than just production work — someone ready to think, design, and contribute meaningfully to real projects from day one.
This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to:

What You’ll Do
Technical Design & Engineering
Develop site plans including grading, drainage, and utility layoutsPerform design calculations and support permitting effortsApply local codes, regulations, and design standards confidently
Project Contribution
Participate in early-stage design thinking and layout decisionsSupport multiple active projects at various stagesHelp move projects forward efficiently and thoughtfully
Collaboration
Work alongside a CAD designer to bring plans to lifeContribute to a streamlined workflow between design and productionCommunicate clearly with internal team members and leadership
Client & Team Support
Assist with technical questions and project coordinationJoin project discussions and client conversations as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringEIT certification (or actively pursuing)1–4 years of experience in civil engineering (land development preferred)Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong understanding (or willingness to learn) of:Site designGrading and drainageLocal permitting processes
