What You'll Do:
Take incoming calls and live transfers from potential clients.Use detailed scripts and intake forms to accurately gather claim details.Guide conversations with patience, professionalism, and care.What You Need to Succeed:
Fast and accurate typing, solid computer skills, and strong verbal/written communication. A professional phone presence, great active-listening skills, and the ability to connect with diverse personalities. High School Diploma, at least 18 years of age. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and great attendance are a must!Bonus: If you are Bilingual in Spanish and English.Perks & Benefits:
